Makes 3 servings.
Ingredients
3 cups water
1.5 cups oats
2 tablespoons honey
2 heaping tablespoons almond butter (or cashew butter)
2 cup frozen wild blueberries (or any berry)
Directions
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add oats, bring heat down to a simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and leave lid on for 2-3 minutes to let oats fluff up. Add honey and almond butter. Gently stir in. Add berries. Enjoy!
