Makes 1 cup.
Ingredients
3/4 cup avocado oil
5 heaping tablespoons fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon fresh oregano and/or
2 teaspoons dried oregano
3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Finely chop the fresh parsley, basil, rosemary and oregano. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake well.
Serve with freshly baked warm bread or on roasted veggies.
