Thin Mint Bites

Ingredients 
1 cup almonds
1 cup (approx 10 dates) medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons raw cacao
1 tablespoon raw almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 drops high quality peppermint essential oil

Directions
Process almonds and essential oil until almonds become very fine. Add remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Form bite size balls and store in freezer.
