Raspberry Coconut Chia Pudding

Makes 2-3 servings. 

Ingredients

2 cups vanilla almond milk
6 tablespoons shredded coconut
6 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed

Toppings
almond butter
fresh fruit
hemp seeds
chia seeds

Directions
In a bowl, mash berries with milk, coconut and chia seeds. Pour into serving glasses and cover. Store in fridge overnight. Add toppings before serving. Enjoy!
