Maple Tamari Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

1 cup raw unsalted cashews

1 cup raw unsalted almonds

1 cup raw unsalted pecans

1 cup raw unsalted walnuts

4 tablespoons tamari

4 tablespoons maple syrup

¼ teaspoon cayenne

¼ teaspoon cumin

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup nuts, finely ground for dusting

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture onto baking sheet without overlapping. Bake in oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and place on a separate cool baking sheet.  Once the nuts have cooled, roll them in the finely ground nuts to prevent nuts from being sticky.
