Sauteed Tamari Mushrooms

Makes approximately 3 side servings. 

Ingredients

2 (8 oz) cartons mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons tamari
2 teaspoons sesame oil
olive oil

Directions

Saute mushrooms in a little bit of olive oil on medium-high heat. Cover with lid until all liquid from the mushrooms evaporate, stirring often.

Add tamari and sesame oil and saute for about 2 minutes until mushrooms are golden brown.

Serve and enjoy!
