Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

2 heads organic broccoli

olive oil

salt

Directions 

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and cut up broccoli into bite size florets. With a vegetable peeler, peel (or cut off) thick outer layer of stem. Slice up remaining stem into bite size pieces. Coat with olive oil and salt. Put on baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning half way through or when bottom of florets are roasted.
