Honey Buns Sweet Bread

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups lukewarm water
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup liquid honey
1/2 cup neutral tasting oil – I use avocado
7 cups all purpose flour

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast until dissolved. Add salt, eggs, honey and oil.

Using dough attachment on mixer, add in flour until incorporated.

Grease a large bowl and set dough inside. Cover with clean tea towel and set aside for approximately 2 hours until dough rises and falls.

On parchment paper, place small balls of dough or roll between hands for baguette style bread. Small balls of dough can also be used in a muffin baking pan.

Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes depending on size of dough. Bread will turn lightly golden on top when done. Do not overcook.

Unused dough can be stored in the fridge for 5 days or frozen in 1 lb. portions until ready to use.

Serve with herb oil dip.
