Makes 6 flat bread.
Ingredients
2 cups + 2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup cold water
Directions
Combine flour and salt in a mixer bowl. Add water and with a dough attachment knead for 5 minutes.
Remove dough from bowl and separate into 6 balls. Either roll them out or flatten with hands/fingers until approximately ¼ inch thick.
On medium-low heat use a skillet and cook for a couple minutes on each side.
Serve with herb oil dip and enjoy!
