Makes approximately 4 servings.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon tamari
1 tablespoon orange juice
½ tablespoon poppy seeds
⅛ teaspoon paprika
5 oz spinach
2 cups strawberries, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Directions
Toast almond slices in a pan over low heat until lightly browned. Add to a bowl with the spinach and strawberries.
To make the dressing, whisk the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Add to salad and toss when ready to serve.
