Slow Cook Beef

Makes approximately 8 servings. 

Ingredients

3 lbs chuck roast
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 jalapeno peppers
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
4 bay leaves
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon dry oregano
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
