Hot Chocolate Milk

Makes 1 serving. Ingredients1 cup plant based milk1 tablespoon raw cacao1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (leave out if the milk is sweetened)cinnamon powder  DirectionsIn a small saucepan, warm up milk while whisking in cacao and maple syrup. Do not let milk boil. Serve warm. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top and enjoy!

Chia Hemp Blueberry Smoothie

Makes 1 serving. Ingredients 1 cup hemp milk 1 banana 1 cup blueberries 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon hemp hearts 1/2 teaspoom maca powder 1 cup spinach 3-5 leaves fresh basil 4-8 leaves fresh mint Directions Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and enjoy!

Mild Green

Ingredients 2 large handfuls spinach/greens 2 cups water 1 green apple 1 pear 1 banana 1/2 lemon, peel if non-organic 1 teaspoon liquid chlorophyll 2 sticks celery Optional add ins alma fruit powder barley grass powder or any green powder Directions Blend all ingredients in high speed power blender.

Kombucha

This makes 2 gallons (approximately 8 L) Ingredients 1 kombucha scoby 4 tablespoons organic loose leaf green tea 2 cups organic sugar 26 cups filtered water (for total recipe) 4 cups starter tea * Directions Make tea – steep loose tea in 2 L of boiling water.  Let cool to room temperature then strain tea….

Cashew Mylk

Ingredients 1 cup raw unsalted cashews, pre-soaked (3-12 hours) 3 cups water (filtered or spring) 2-3 medjool dates, pitted 1 teaspoon vanilla bean pinch of sea salt pinch of cinnamon Directions Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!      

Liquid Gold

Please make sure all produce is organic. If it isn’t, be sure to peel it.  Makes approx 1 litre.  Ingredients 2.5 pounds carrots 2-3 Granny Smith apples 1/2 lemon chunk of ginger chunk of turmeric dash of fine black pepper Directions Wash produce and run through juicer. Add a small dash of black pepper. Drink fresh!
