Raspberry Chia Crumble

Makes 9 squares.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds combined with 4 tablespoons water until gel consistency
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup oat flour*
2 1/2 cups oats
pinch of fine sea salt

raspberry chia seed jam, full batch  

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients (except raspberry jam) one by one until thoroughly combined.

In an 8 inch oven pan, lay down parchment paper and spoon in about 3/4 of the oat mixture. Press down with the back of spoon until it is flattened. Add the raspberry chia jam. Lastly, sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes until the top becomes golden brown.

Allow to cool and enjoy!
*Note – oat flour can be made by placing oats into a high speed blender until flour consistency is achieved. This usually takes approximately 20 seconds on high.
