Raspberry Chia Jam

Makes approximately 3 cups. 

Ingredients
3 cups raspberries
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients together on medium heat. Use a potato masher or fork to mash the berries.  Remove from heat once berries have thawed out. Store in a glass container in the fridge.
