Makes 1 small bowl.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
3 fresh cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon, freshly squeezed
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with roasted mushrooms or in a sandwich.
