Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients
2 cups almond meal or almond flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil, warmed to liquid
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for raspberries and chocolate chips. Fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 15-25 min until muffins are light brown on top.
