Makes 1 jar. Enough to pour onto 16oz of cooked pasta.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup fresh parsley
3 tablespoons oregano (fresh or dried)
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup avocado or olive oil
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese shredded *
*Note: can substitute for nutritional yeast to make it dairy-free.
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until you’ve reached your desired consistency. I leave it a little chunky.
Toss over freshly cooked pasta.
