Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Makes approximately 33 medium sized cookies.

Ingredients
2 sticks butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar

4 eggs

5 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups chocolate chunks

Directions
With a flat beater or cookie dough attachment, beat butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs and mix just until incorporated.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla.

With the mixer on low speed, add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.

Add chocolate chunks.

On a cookie sheet with parchment paper, scoop out dough with a tablespoon. Do not flatten.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10-13 minutes until the bottom of the cookie turns golden. Remove from the oven and place on a rack to cool.
