Basil Pesto

Makes approximately 1-1.5 cups.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup parsley
3 tablespoons fresh oregano (or 1 tablespoon dry)
1/4 cup raw cashew or pine nuts
2 fresh garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup avocado or grapeseed oil
1/2 cup Parmesan (or nutritional yeast)

Directions

Blend all ingredients until well blended but still a little chunky.
